AI features built into the tools you already use.
We design and build AI-powered features: assistants that know your content, document processing, smarter search, enquiry triage and content pipelines. Integrated properly with your website, app or back office, with the guardrails to run them safely.
What we build
Assistants that answer questions from your own documentation, policies or product catalogue, with sources shown so people can check. Document processing that reads invoices, forms, contracts or CVs and turns them into structured data in your systems. Search that understands what someone means rather than just matching words.
Enquiry triage that categorises, prioritises and drafts a reply for a person to approve. Content pipelines that produce first drafts, summaries, translations or product descriptions on a schedule, always with a human review step. And internal tools that quietly remove the dull parts of your team’s week.
Built on solid foundations
An AI feature is still software, and it needs to be built like it. Our backends are Laravel or Node, talking to Anthropic’s Claude, OpenAI or open-source models through well-structured prompts and tool definitions. Retrieval uses a vector database or Postgres with embeddings so the model works from your facts rather than guessing. Long-running jobs run on queues, so nothing times out and nothing is lost.
Every prompt is versioned and tested against a set of real examples before it changes in production. Costs are tracked per feature and capped, so a bug cannot run up a bill overnight. Everything is logged, so when a result looks wrong we can see exactly what the model was given and what it returned.
Integrated, not bolted on
The feature lives where the work happens. That might be a WordPress plugin, a screen in a Laravel application, a mobile app, an email inbox, Slack or Teams, or your CRM. Our integrations work means the AI layer can read from and write to the systems you already rely on, rather than becoming another silo.
Safe, measured, maintained
We design for the cases where the model is wrong, because it sometimes will be. That means human-in-the-loop approval where the stakes are high, confidence thresholds, clear labelling of AI-generated content, and sensible limits on what the system is allowed to do on its own.
After launch we monitor quality, watch for drift as models change, and keep prompts and models up to date as part of a maintenance plan. If you would rather test the water first, our AI consultancy service runs a short pilot before anything is built.
